Kimberly Wong of San Francisco, California, United States has died. She was 27.

From 2014 to 2018, Wong attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, USA where she earned her bachelor’s degree in human centered design and engineering. In July 2021, she started working at Plaid in San Francisco as a product designer.

At around 7:12 p.m. on November 30, 2023, San Francisco Police Department officers responded to Wong’s apartment in Presidio Heights, San Francisco regarding a well-being check. They found her unresponsive so they rendered aid and summoned paramedics to the scene. 

The responders made life-saving efforts, However, Wong was pronounced dead.

Wong lived in her apartment in Presidio Heights with her boyfriend Scott Fisher, 29. How long they had been in a romantic relationship is unknown.

The San Francisco Police Department has yet to reveal details about how Wong died. Investigators identified Fisher as the suspect.

At around 10:25 a.m. on December 7, 2023, the investigators found Fisher in Concord, Contra Costa County, California and arrested him. He was booked into San Francisco County Jail in San Francisco on the charge of homicide.
