- On July 5, 2021, he was arrested again at his Mount Laurel home. Burlington County prosecutor Scott Coffina announced that additional charges of bias intimidation and assault were filed against him.
- On July 6, 2021, he was booked into the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly, Burlington County.
- On July 14, 2021, he made his initial appearance before Superior Court Judge Terrence Cook. Represented by Anthony Rizzo, he was charged with 14 counts, including harassment, stalking and weapons counts.
- On October 5, 2021, he was charged with racial intimidation for leaving a threatening note on someone’s car and damaging the vehicle on July 2, 2021.
- On February 1, 2022, Burlington County prosecutor Scott Coffina announced a 15-count indictment against him.
- On October 18, 2023, he pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute and four counts of bias intimidation.
- He was 47 years old when he was sentenced on December 8, 2023 to 8 years in prison.
