Michael Kozierowski, 58, of Ocklawaha, Marion County, Florida, United States works at Eustis Middle School in Eustis, Lake County, Florida as a special education teacher and a volleyball coach. He was hired to work there in 2010.

Kozierowski was the only person with access to the devices within his residence. He confirmed this when Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies recently went there.

The Ocklawaha man denied the deputies access to his electronic devices without a lawyer present so they obtained a search warrant, which was signed and executed that day. A senior digital forensic technician analyzed a desktop computer sitting on a small table with only a bottle of lubricant next to it.

On the device were at least 10 files of child sex abuse material including videos of juvenile and prepubescent children exposing their genitals, using sex toys and being sexually battered by an adult. Many of the files were downloaded and viewed as recently as December 3, 2023.
