Alexee J. Trevizo is an American woman from Artesia, Eddy County, New Mexico, United States. At around 1:39 a.m. on January 27, 2023, she gave birth to her son Alex Fierro in a bathroom at Artesia General Hospital on North 13th Street in Artesia.
Devyn Fierro is the father of Alex. Trevizo and Devyn attended Artesia High School on West Richardson Avenue in Artesia.
After giving birth to Alex, Trevizo allegedly fatally suffocated the baby by placing him in a tied plastic bag, which she dumped in a trashcan. At around 1:57 a.m., she exited the bathroom.
At around 2:28 a.m., Alex was pronounced dead. At around 2:50 a.m., Trevizo told the doctor and her mother, “I’m sorry. It came out of me and I didn’t know what to do.”
