Yoo Beyong Eun represented South Korea at Mister Friendship International 2022 and competed against 15 other candidates at the Aura Rich Hall in Ban Ped, Mueang, Khon Kaen, Thailand on December 18, 2022. He won the title.
Runner-up to Yoo was Kanawach Kueakanchanaphon of Thailand. The second, third and fourth runners-up were Songashim Rungsung of India, Mike Van Doorn of the Netherlands and Leivy Caminero of the Dominican Republic.

John Mark “Migo” de Vera represented Cavite, Philippines in the inaugural edition of Mister Friendship International and won. On June 20, 2021, he and 17 other candidates competed for the title in an online coronation ceremony.
Runner-up to de Vera was Welligton de Souza of Brazil. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Stefan Bradley Alex of Malaysia, Jose Alberto Zambrano of Panama and Ishmael Murangandi of Zimbabwe.
