Marayna Rodgers, 23, of Lynnwood, Snohomish County, Washington, United States is still missing. In connection with her disappearance, her friend Sakari Harnden, 19, of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, USA has been arrested.
From 2018 to 2021, Rodgers attended the University of Washington Bothell in Bothell, Washington. She joined Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, King County, Washington as a scrub nurse on April 4, 2023 and PHP Agency in Seattle, King County as a field agent on October 10, 2023.
Rodgers was visiting Las Vegas when she went missing. She was last seen on December 6, 2023.
Harnden is accused of detaining Rodgers against her will and without her consent for the purpose of killing the victim or inflicting bodily harm. In an unrelated case, Harnden is accused of stealing at least one Rolex watch.
Harnden’s boyfriend Chance Comanche, 27, of Los Angeles, California, USA plays for the Stockton Kings of the NBA G League. On December 7, 2023, the couple went to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to report Rodgers missing.
On December 14, 2023, Harnden appeared in Las Vegas Justice Court in Las Vegas before Judge Diana Sullivan. The judge set the suspect’s bail at $500,000.
Represented by a public defender, Harnden is still in jail in Las Vegas. She was charged with first-degree kidnapping and theft.
