Kathryn Tunison Smith is an American woman from Midvale, Salt Lake County, Utah, United States. She is a widow and a former lawyer who lived in different parts of Hawaii, USA including Kaneohe, Kailua and Honolulu.

Smith was 3 years younger than her husband Patrick Nelson Smith. They have two sons together namely Christopher Smith and Nathaniel Smith.

Kathryn is an alumna of James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, Hawaii and the University of Hawaii at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu. Here are 13 more things about her:

  9. In June 2023, she allegedly poked the stomach of her pregnant neighbor and pushed the pregnant woman with both hands in the stomach.
  10. On August 8, 2023, a warrant was issued for her arrest for alleged disorderly conduct. On August 22, 2023, the prosecutor in Midvale indicted her on a misdemeanor assault charge. On August 23, 2023, she was officially charged with misdemeanor property damage.
  11. On September 20, 2023, a warrant was issued for her arrest for alleged speeding. On September 29, 2023, two warrants were issued for her arrest for alleged property damage and alleged assault, which both involved neighbors, and she was booked on the two warrants.
  12. On December 11, 2023, a video of her hurling racist remarks and harassing her neighbors in Midvale went viral. On December 12, 2023, she was arrested and charged with property damage/destruction and assault.
  13. She was 67 years old when she was arrested on December 12, 2023. After paying her $1,000 bond, she was released on her recognizance. On January 11, 2024, she will appear in court.
