Bliault is a Thai-Canadian singer, model and beauty queen from Chiang Mai, Thailand. She is Donald Wayne Bliault and Nongyao Bliault‘s youngest child.

Donald is a Canadian stock exchange businessman. Nongyao is a native of Udon Thani, Thailand.
