Theobald Brooks “Theo” Lengyel is an American musician residing in El Cerrito, Contra Costa County, California, United States. He attended Eureka High School in Eureka, Humboldt County, California.

Lengyel is 5’10” tall and he weighs 170 pounds. He is 7 years younger than his girlfriend Alice “Alyx” Kamakaokalani Herrmann of Capitola, Santa Cruz County, California.

On December 12, 2023, Hermann’s family reported her missing. She was last seen in Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County on December 3, 2023.

4. From 1992 to 1994, he studied physics at Cornell University in Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York, USA.
5. He appeared on Mr. Bungle’s second studio album “Disco Volante”, which was released on October 10, 1995 through Warner Bros. Records.
6. From 1998 to 2003, he was a web application consultant at eLumen.net. He and several other Mr. Bungle members appeared as special guests on “Area 877 (Phoenix Mix)”, a song from Melt Banana‘s album “Charlie”, which was released on October 27, 1998.
7. In 1999, Mr. Bungle fired him due to creative differences.
8. From 2000 to 2001, he was a senior technical lead at Quios Inc.

12. After Herman disappeared on December 3, 2023, he drove his 1989 blue Ford pickup truck to Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, USA, according to the El Cerrito Police Department. Investigators found her 2007 Toyota Highlander parked in front of his residence in El Cerrito.
13. He was 54 years old when he was arrested on January 2, 2024. He was booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail in Santa Cruz on a first-degree murder charge.
