Olivia Michele “Liv” Pollock is an American woman from Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, United States. She is registered with the Constitution Party, which claims to seek to restore the Constitutional Republic and American jurisprudence to its Biblical and Common Law origins.

Pollock is one of Benjamin Clark “Ben” Pollock Sr. and Tina Pollock‘s four daughters. The others are Ariana Pollock Huron, Christiana Pollock and Mary Pollock.

Ben and Tina also have five sons namely Benjamin Pollock Jr., Gabriel Pollock, Thomas Pollock, Jonathan Daniel “Jonny” Pollock and James Michael Monroe Pollock. Liv is 8 years older than Jonny.  

When Liv was young, her family grew its food and visited nursing homes to play music for the residents. The family owns Rapture Guns & Knives, a gun store that opened in Lakeland in 2012.

“There’s nothing like a live body with a firearm,” Liv’s father told ABC Action News after burglars stole dozens of firearms from the store on January 9, 2017. “We will be here 24/7 and somebody will be hurt if they come back.”

  1. On February 25, 2007, her grandfather Thomas James “Tom” Pollock Sr. died at age 75. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a lifetime member of the Baptist church in Kathleen, Polk County.
  2. In January 2020, she incorporated a business called Color Rain LLC.
  3. On January 6, 2021, she went to the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C., USA with Jonny, Joshua Christopher Doolin and Michael Steven Perkins. Wearing a ballistic plate-carrier vest, she joined Donald Trump‘s supporters who breached the building while a joint session of Congress was certifying the vote of the Electoral College and affirming Joe Biden‘s victory. During the riot, she allegedly elbowed a police officer in the chest and tried to take the officer’s baton.
  4. In April 2021, she, Jonny and Hutchinson were indicted.
  5. On June 25, 2021, the Federal Bureau of Investigation issued a warrant for her arrest.
  6. On June 30, 2021, she, Hutchinson, Doolin and Perkins were arrested.
  7. In July 2021, she and Hutchinson were released from custody on strict conditions requiring them to wear global positioning system monitors.
  8. On September 21, 2021, her uncle Thomas James “Tommy” Pollock Jr. died at age 62.
  9. On March 2, 2023, a federal judge issued an arrest warrant for her after she disappeared and broke the terms of her release agreement with the government. Hutchinson also disappeared that day.
  10. On March 6, 2023, she was supposed to be tried in federal district court in Washington, D.C. on charges of assaulting police officers and interfering with law enforcement but she failed to appear in court.
  11. On November 29, 2023, she turned 33.
  12. On January 6, 2024, she, Jonny and Hutchinson were arrested at a ranch in Groveland, Lakeland County, Florida.
  13. On January 8, 2024, she, Jonny and Hutchinson will appear in federal court in Ocala, Marion County, Florida.
