Kelli Ann Kennedy, 34, of Quitman, Arkansas, United States has been arrested. She is also known as Kelli Kennedy Lovelady.
Aside from Quitman, Kennedy has lived in other parts of Arkansas including Greenbrier.
At around 9:30 p.m. on January 6, 2024, a group of adults leaving the Malys Entertainment complex in Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas commented about a teenage boy with his hands in the front of his pants. A group of teenagers responded to the adults.
It turned into an argument that escalated into a physical fight involving 20-30 people. Among the adults involved in the brawl were Kennedy, Chucky Don Hartwick, 53, of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Cody Sotherland, 35, of Greenbrier, Arkansas.
According to Police, Kennedy was very intoxicated that evening. While officers were interviewing a relative involved in the fight, she interfered by screaming at the officers and yelling slurs and obscenities at the witnesses crowding around the scene.
When asked to stop, Kennedy did not comply so she was arrested and put in a police car. She was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
On January 8, 2024, Hartwick turned himself in. He was charged with second-degree battery and four counts of aggravated assault.
Kennedy has been released. On April 22, 2024, she will appear in court.
