  11. On December 15, 2023, she allegedly threw a large amount of dog feces over the fence and into Nick and Sarah’s backyard in North Las Vegas. The couple reported her to the homeowners association and filed a temporary protection order. A court hearing for the order was set to take place on January 8, 2024.
  12. At around 4:30 p.m. on December 29, 2023, she used a gun she borrowed from someone to shoot Nick and Sarah outside their condominium building in North Las Vegas, which was witnessed by the couple’s children. Sarah survived while Nick died.
  13. She is being held on $300,000 bail at the Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas. She was charged with murder and attempted murder. On March 4, 2024, she will attend a preliminary court hearing.
