Marion Nicole Teo is a Singaporean image building consultant, executive coach, author and beauty queen of Chinese and European descent. She represented Singapore in Miss Universe.

- From 1985 to 1986, she attended Anglo-Chinese Junior College in Singapore.
- On May 27, 1987, she represented Singapore at Miss Universe 1987, competed against 67 other candidates at the World Trade Centre in Singapore and finished in the Top 10. From August 1987 to May 1991, she attended the National University of Singapore where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biochemistry.

- From January 2013 to June 2022, she was the managing director at EQ World in Singapore. In June 2020, she was promoted to chief operating officer.
- On October 17, 2022, she was a Miss Universe Singapore 2022 judge at the Alcove at Caldwell House of the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus Middle Education School (CHIJMES) in Singapore.
- On January 15, 2024, she turned 56.
