“Trust Me” will be released on February 21, 2024. It is the first full-length studio album of Got7 member Kim Yu-gyeom (김유겸), 26, who is mononymously known as Yugyeom.
On January 16, 2024, Yugyeom took to social media to release a teaser for the album. He has yet to reveal its tracklist.
Including Yugyeom, Got7 has seven members. The others are Mark Tuan, 30, “Jay B” Lim Jae-beom, 30, Jackson Wang, 29, “Jinyoung” Park Jin-young, 29, “Youngjae” Choi Young-jae, 27, and “BamBam” Kunpimook Bhuwakul, 26.
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Yugyeom attended Daekyeung University in Gyeongsan, South Korea. In 2011, he became a JYP Entertainment trainee.
In 2013, Got7’s debut extended play titled “Got It?” was recorded at the JYP Studio in Seoul. It was released on January 20, 2014.
On March 5, 2019, Yugyeom and Jay B made their debut as a Got7 subunit called Jus2 and released their debut EP titled “Focus”. In January 2021, the two left JYP Entertainment along with Tuan, Wang, Jinyoung, Youngjae and BamBam but remained as Got7.
On June 17, 2021, AOMG released Yugyeom’s debut EP titled “Point of View: U”. The label released his songs “Take You Down” and “LOLO” on March 31, 2022 and July 24, 2023, respectively.
