Jaquan Deavonte Clark, 23, of Braselton, Georgia, United States is being sought by Gerald Couch‘s office. Since 2012, Couch has been the sheriff of Hall County, Georgia.
On July 4, 2022, Clark was arrested in Hall County. Details about his arrest are not available.
On January 12, 2024, investigators from the Hall County Sheriff’s Office started an operation called Operation Good Shepherd in cooperation with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation‘s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the police department of Floyd County, Georgia. Investigators went undercover and communicated with several online contacts on social media platforms.
Clark, Dwayne Larry Drake, 38, of Hull, Madison County, Georgia, Billy Cason Elder, 34, of Watkinsville, Oconee County, Georgia and Mohammed Sadiq, 30, of Winder, Barrow County, Georgia traveled to a location in Hall County to meet people they believed were under the age of 16 with the intent of having sex. Drake, Elser and Sadiq were arrested.
On the other hand, Clark managed to run from authorities. He, Drake, Elser and Sadiq were each charged with electronic exploitation of a minor.
A warrant has been taken for Clark’s arrest. He is still at large.
