Nathan Jerome Wade Jr. is an American lawyer based in Marietta, Cobb County, Georgia, United States. He is a Vietnam War veteran’s son and he believes that the American system of justice is the best in the world.
Aside from Marietta, Wade has lived in other parts of Georgia including Atlanta. Before moving to Georgia, he lived in different parts of Texas, USA including Beaumont and Houston.
Wade is 1 year older than his wife Joycelyn Yvonne Mayfield Wade. They have a son and a daughter together.
Nathan is 2 years younger than Fani Willis. She and Fred Willis divorced in 2005 and she assumed office as the district attorney of Fulton County, Georgia on January 1, 2021.

- On January 8, 2024, Joycelyn subpoenaed Fani in their divorce case to appear for a deposition on January 23, 2024. On January 19, 2024, Joycelyn’s attorney Andrea Dyer Hastings filed a motion in their divorce case accusing Fani of having a romantic relationship with him. On the same day, Fani filed a motion seeking to quash Joycelyn’s subpoena against her and accusing Joycelyn of harassing her.
