Douglas Lee “Doug” Adam is an American man who attended Santa Barbara City College in Santa Barbara, California, United States from 1980 to 1983. In 1983, he joined International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) Local 600 in Los Angeles as a lighting cameraman.

Aside from Santa Barbara, Doug has lived in different parts of California including Tujunga, Sylmar, Lake View Terrace and Bell Canyon. He has lived in different parts of Idaho, USA including Post Falls, Cocolalla and Sandpoint.

Adam is married to Karen Adam. Her father Ted Duncan worked as a stuntman from 1960 to 1985.
