  7. On December 13, 2023, an FBI task force officer interviewed him at a coffee shop in Houston. He told the officer he was inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
  8. On January 12, 2024, U.S. Magistrate Judge Robin M. Meriweather signed a criminal complaint filed by an FBI task force officer against him.
  9. On January 25, 2024, he was arrested in Houston. For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; knowingly engaging in disorderly or disruptive conduct; disorderly conduct in a U.S. Capitol building; and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a U.S. Capitol building.
  10. He was 47 years old when he was arrested on January 25. 2024. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
