Kawsheen Gelzer of Brooklyn, New York City, New York, United States was a registered sex offender and drug dealer also known as Dave Draper. The exact date and the cause of his death have yet to be confirmed.

On August 8, 2004, Gelzer allegedly molested a boy, then 12. On May 5, 2005, Gelzer was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse and was listed on the sex offender registry in New York.
Gelzer served two years in state prison on a first-degree sexual abuse conviction. In 2012, he was released from jail.
Gelzer was 6’0″ tall and he weighed around 200 pounds. On August 24, 2022, he turned 39.
Heather Stines
Heather Stines, 45, of Brooklyn has two children. She is the wife of Nicholas McGee, 45.
In September 2023, McGee was incarcerated in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA. He was accused of trying to cash a fraudulent check in a bank.
Before being imprisoned that month, McGee killed Gelzer in a dispute over drugs, dismembered him and put the pieces in the freezer, according to Stines. At 7:00 p.m. on January 22, 2024, she was arrested by New York City Police Department officers, who found Gelzer’s body parts in a freezer inside her apartment in Brooklyn.
After being interrogated by detectives, Stines was sent to the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn for a psychiatric evaluation. She was charged with concealment of a human corpse and will appear in court on January 30, 2024.
