Both Jatonia Bryant Jr., 23, and Noah David Roush, 22, are residents of Pine Bluff, Jefferson County, Arkansas, United States. They were incarcerated in the W.C. “Dub” Brassell Detention Center in Pine Bluff for different crimes.

On November 3, 2022, Roush was arrested. He was accused of hindering apprehension or prosecution and was released.
On June 3, 2023, Roush was arrested for residential burglary and theft. He was booked into the Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center.

Roush is 6’2″ tall and weighs around 180 pounds. He has a scar on the right side of his head.
On July 29, 2023, Bryant allegedly shot Christopher Harris, 49, in Pine Bluff. The latter died on July 31, 2023.
On August 18, 2023, Bryant turned himself in and was booked into the Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center. He is accused of capital murder and terroristic act.
Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center
The Dub Brassell Adult Detention Center houses both detainees and post-conviction inmates who are serving sentences or awaiting transport to the Federal Bureau of Prisons or the Arkansas Department of Corrections. The facility opened in 2007.
At around 10:30 a.m. on January 23, 2024, officials in the facility noticed that both Bryant and Roush were missing. The jailers supervising the two inmates during the time of their escape are accused of failing to adhere to the high standards of the jail.
At around 4:00 p.m. on January 25, 2024, a private citizen saw Roush inside an abandoned residence in the area of 19th Avenue and Plum Street in Pine Bluff and called 911. Captain Yohance Brunson with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office arrived in the area and recaptured the inmate.
Shortly after 11:00 a.m. on January 29, 2024, Bryant was seen walking in the area of Belair Street and East Harding Avenue in Pine Bluff. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputies took him into custody.
