Eve Gilles is a French equestrian, model and beauty queen. Born in Dunkirk, Nord, Hauts-de-France, France, she is one of the four children of Bruno Gilles and Edith Calapin-Latchoumy Gilles.

Bruno is a French land surveyor. Edith is of Tamil Indian descent and she hails from Sainte-Marie, Réunion Island, France.
