Chrystul Kizer, 23, of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, United States is back in jail. She was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA.
In 2017, Kizer met Randall P. Volar III, then 33, on Backpage. She became one of the girls he abused and trafficked.
On February 22, 2018, Volar was arrested for second-degree sexual assault of a child, child enticement and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. On the same day, he was released without bail.
On June 5, 2018, while Volar was free on bail, he was fatally shot allegedly by Kizer. She was arrested and booked into the Kenosha County Detention Facility in Kenosha, Kenosha County, Wisconsin to await trial.
On June 22, 2020, Kizer was released from jail on $400,000 bond. One of the conditions of her bond was that she not commit any crimes.
On January 7, 2024, Kizer was arrested after allegedly attacking a man she accused of trying to rape her at a residence in Milwaukee. On January 8, 2024, she was released from jail because a prosecutor in Milwaukee County decided not to charge her.
On January 22, 2024, Kizer was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct so Kenosha County prosecutors filed four counts of felony bail jumping against her. On February 12, 2024, she was arrested by the U.S. Marshal Service in Louisiana.
Kizer is expected to be extradited to Kenosha County. On June 10, 2024, her trial in Volar’s homicide will start.
