5. In 2007, he followed a woman and a cousin from a mall to a parking lot in Burnsville and threatened to slash their tires. He ran at the woman’s brother with a knife. After being disarmed by a security guard, he threw rocks at the brother and fled in his vehicle.
6. In 2008, he pleaded guilty to second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon so the state of Minnesota barred him from possessing guns. In the same year, Torres gave birth to their first son.

13. He was supposed to attend a scheduled district court hearing on February 20, 2024 over his ongoing legal disputes with Torres.
