47 people arrested by North Texas ICAC Task Force

Based in Dallas, Texas, United States, the North Texas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted the second annual Operation Janus from January 15, 2024 to February 2, 2024. Computer crimes investigators to target child predators.

A total of 13 children were rescued from sexual abuse. A total of 47 suspects were arrested.

More than 90 criminal charges were formally filed against 45 of the arrestees. Here is the list:

1. Adrian Dominguez was charged with possession with intent to promote child pornography and possession of child pornography.
2. Alquidia Nunez Reyes was charged with sexual performance by a child under 14, possession of child pornography video depicting the sexual assault of a child under 10.
3. Andrew Trejo was charged with online solicitation of minor.
4. Angel Ramirez Flores was charged with enticement of minor.
5. Bryan Larumbe was charged with possession of child pornography and tampering consumer product.
6. Bryson Munselle was charged with online solicitation of minor.
7. Charlie Ivins was charged with enticement of minor.
8. Chirajit Bhawal was charged with possession of child pornography.
9. Courtney Sinclair was charged with two counts of abandoning or endangering a child intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or with criminal negligence.
10. Christopher Rosenthal was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.
11. Christopher Vilmer was charged with possession of child pornography.
12. Daniel Gonzalez was charged with possession of child pornography.
13. Demarcus St. John was charged with online solicitation of minor.
14. Eduardo Fernandez-Diaz was charged with possession of child pornography.
15. Eric Rodriguez was charged with solicitation of prostitution under 18.
16. George Orton Jr. was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual performance of a child.
17. Ian Carrera was charged with two counts of sexual assault of child.
18. Izzaiah Delgado was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
19. Jacob Moffitt was charged with possession with intent to promote child pornography.
20. Jacob Willis was charged with possession of child pornography.
21. Jay Hensley was charged with promotion of child pornography and continuous sexual abuse of a young child.
22. Jeffrey Carmichael was charged with possession of child pornography.
23. Jesus Aguilar was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
24. Jose Ruiz was charged with possession of child pornography (younger than 10) and possession of pornography (more than 500 images).
25. Joshua Klemme was charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor an possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor.
26. Juan Alfaro was charged with possession of child pornography.
27. Juan De La Cruz Jr. was charged with possession or promotion of child pornography.
28. Kyle Poff was charged with possession of child pornography.
29. Kyle Whittle was charged with distribution of child pornography.
30. Michael Turner was charged with four counts of possession of child pornography with intent to promote and six counts of possession or promotion of child pornography.
31. Noe Deleon was charged with indecency with a child sexual contact and seven counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
32. Patrick Cook Kennard was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
33. Phuong Le was charged with possession of child pornography.
34. Randy Abbott was charged with possession of child pornography.  
35. Robert Miller was charged with possession of child pornography (under 10 years old).
36. Robert Raines was charged with possession of child pornography (video).
37. Robert Riddle was charged with possession with intent to promote child pornography.
38. Samuael Aguirre was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
39. Samuel Amelotte was charged with possession of child pornography (over 50 images).
40. Saul Reyes was charged with online solicitation of a minor.
41. Scott Clark was charged with possession of child pornography.
42. Scott Lamonica was charged with six counts of possession or promotion of child pornography and possession or promotion of child pornography.
43. Stanton Lewis was charged with possession of child pornography.
44. Steven Graves was charged with online solicitation of a minor, indecency with a child and 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
45. Triston Hylton was charged with possession of child pornography.
