A total of 16 people were arrested in Hall County, Georgia, United States during the continuation of the undercover sting operation called Operation Good Shepherd. The goal was to catch people who use the internet for illegal sexual activity.

From February 23-25, 2024, 17 people went to Hall County for the purpose of illegal sexual encounters. One of them was Brandon McDaniel-Waddell, 29, of Winder, Barrow County, Georgia.

McDaniel-Waddell fled the scene and is still at large. He is accused of sexual exploitation of a minor.

The other 16 were arrested. Here is the list:

  1. Andrei Konapliannik, 35, of Decatur, DeKalb County, Georgia was charged with pandering.
  2. Antonio Orofino, 49, of Snellville, Gwinnett County, Georgia was charged with electronic exploitation of a minor, which is a felony.
  3. Bartie Musa, 31, of Duluth, Gwinnett County was charged with pandering.
  4. Cora Watts, 49, of Norcross, Gwinnett County was charged with prostitution.
  5. Donald Jay McCurry, 57, of Commerce, Georgia was charged with electronic exploitation of a minor, which is a felony.
  6. Frank Lee Sewell, 36, of Nicholson, Jackson County, Georgia was charged with prostitution and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
  7. Jerry Mansili, 34, of Gainesville, Hall County was charged with electronic exploitation of a minor, which is a felony.
  8. LaPaige Nicole Ware, 30, Gainesville was charged with prostitution.
  9. Kimberly Rene Banks, 55, of Decatur was charged with prostitution.
  10. Matthew Tyler Harvey Shelley, 32, of Commerce was charged with pandering.
  11. Rene Gamara, 44, of Bonaire, Houston County, Georgia was charged with electronic exploitation of a minor, which is felony.
  12. Staveona Monnay Harris, 22, of Gainesville was charged with prostitution. 
  13. Steve Ray Dotson, 34, of Highlands, North Carolina, USA was charged with pandering.
  14. Tamara Ann Turk, 40, of Cleveland, White County, Georgia was charged with prostitution, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine, which is a felony.
  15. Tegra Eishell Butler, 34, of Elberton, Elbert County, Georgia was charged with prostitution.
  16. Trashawna Shanay Melvin, 32, of Fairburn, Fulton County, Georgia was charged with prostitution, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of 3,4-Methyl​enedioxy​methamphetamine (MDMA), which is a felony.
