Timothy Michael Lyons, 31, of Raleigh, Wake County, North Carolina, United States is a lawyer who is not affiliated with any political party. Born in Connecticut, USA, he registered to vote in Wake County on May 22, 2015.

Using an iPod, Lyons allegedly secretly or surreptitiously created a photographic image of a juvenile underneath or through the person’s clothing for the purpose of viewing the person’s body or undergarments and without the person’s consent. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

On February 21, 2024, Lyons came to the police station of Cary, North Carolina on his own free will and asked to speak to an officer. After speaking with an officer, he was taken into custody.

On February 22, 2024, a judge prohibited Lyons from having contact with anyone younger than the age of 18. He was charged with secret peeping, which is a felony.

Bond for Lyons was set at $5,000. He was ordered to have no contact with his alleged victim and released. 

Prior to this, Lyons did not have a criminal history. While he admitted to taking videos and pictures, he claimed that he neither touched nor harmed any young people.

On February 27,2024, Lyons was arrested again. He is accused of attempting to take immoral, improper and indecent liberties with a child.

Lyons was charged with indecent liberties with a child. He is being held without bond.
