He filed a report against Floyd, accusing her of kicking him in the shin. Surveillance video showed he kicked the dog first before she kicked him.
  12. On February 23, 2024, he was charged for kicking a dog on February 10, 2024. He is accused of violating New York’s Agriculture and Markets law.
  13. On March 12, 2024, he will be back in court.
