Miss World 2021 Karolina Bielawska will crown her successor at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India on March 9, 2024. It is the 71st edition of the international beauty pageant created by Eric Morley in the United Kingdom in 1951.
From 112 Miss World 2023 candidates, 40 will be selected as quarterfinalists. These are the winners of the top model, talent, multimedia and sports challenges, four winners of the Beauty With a Purpose competition, five winners of the head-to-head challenge and 27 candidates selected by the preliminary judges.
From 40, only 12 semifinalists will proceed. At least two will be selected from each of the four continental regions namely Africa, the Americas, Asia and Oceania and Europe.
From 12, exactly two per region will be selected to be in the Top 8. One per region will be selected to be in the Top 4, from which Miss World 2023 and the first runner-up will be selected.
I believe these candidates will make it to the Top 8:
- Africa: Lesego Chombo (Botswana), Ada Eme (Nigeria)
- Americas: Leticía Frota (Brazil), Aché Abrahams (Trinidad and Tobago)
- Asia and Oceania: Nursena Say (Turkey), Yazmina Zaytoun (Lebanon)
- Europe: Krystyna Pyszková (Czech Republic), Kedist Deltour (Belgium)
I believe these four candidates will make it to the top:
