Shree Saini is an Indian-American model, ballerina and beauty queen who lives in Seattle, Washington, United States. She has lived in other parts of Washington including Ellensburg and Moses Lake, where she grew up.

A survivor of a congenital heart condition, Saini is an advocate for heart health. She also survived a major car accident in Moses Lake that left her with facial burns.

1. In 2001, she declared to her preschool class teacher Mamta Dasaur that she wanted to be Miss World. In the same year, she and her family moved in the U.S.
2. In 2008, she started having a permanent pacemaker.
3. In 2010, she started her training as a ballet dancer.
4. In 2015, she enrolled at the University of Washington to pursue a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She also participated in non-degree summer courses at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
5. In 2016, she studied entrepreneurship at Stanford University in Stanford, California, USA.
6. On July 30, 2017, she enrolled at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, USA to study acting. As Miss India USA 2017, she was crowned Miss India Worldwide 2018 in Fords, New Jersey, USA.
7. When she represented Washington at Miss World America 2019, she won four challenges namely People’s Choice, Beauty with a Purpose, Top Influencers Award and Entrepreneur Challenge. She collapsed and was hospitalized right before the coronation night on October 12, 2019 at The Orleans Hotel ad Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
8. In 2020, she received the World Peace Messenger award from Passion Vista.
9. On April 21, 2021, Kittitas County, Washington created Shree Saini Day to support her continuous work for Miss World’s Beauty with a Purpose initiative. On October 2, 2021, she was officially appointed as Miss World America 2021, making her the first Indian-American woman and first Asian woman to win the title.
10. In December 2021, she represented the U.S. at Miss World 2021 and competed against 96 other candidates in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She was selected as one of the 40 quarterfinalists. On March 16, 2022, she competed against 39 other quarterfinalists during the Miss World 2021 coronation night at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan. She is runner-up to Karolina Bielawska of Poland and was crowned Miss World Americas 2021.
11. On October 5, 2023, she crowned her successor Miss World America 2023 Victoria DiSorbo at the Meydenbauer Theater in Bellevue, Washington. On November 13, 2023, she and Bielawska reunited a Miss World event at the Manekshaw Centre Auditorium in New Delhi, India.
12. On January 6, 2024, she turned 28. On March 9, 2024, her successor Miss World Americas 2023 Leticia Frota was crowned at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India.
