The office of the sheriff of Fairfield County, Ohio, United States recently conducted an anti-prostitution bust. After placing ads online using websites known for advertising sexual services, sting operations were set up at hotels in Lancaster, Fairfield County and Canal Winchester, Ohio on March 1, 2024 and March 8, 2024.
A total of 17 people were arrested and charged with engaging in prostitution. Here is the list:

- Michael Ferrell, 37, Lancaster
- Michael Staten, 43, Columbus
- Nathan Desalvo, 18, Pickerington
- Rakesh Biswa, 25, Columbus
- Ronald Griffin, 56, Lancaster
- Ruey Bruce, 60, Pickerington
- Seth Lee Schirtizinger, 35, Ostrander
- Shane W. Bolen, 31, Columbus
- Wesley T. Jordan, 20, Columbus
Bruce is a professor at Columbus State Community College in Columbus while Griffin is a pediatric dentist. Mcintosh is an engineer. Schirtizinger is a landscaper and Anthony is a general contractor.
Bolen is a Grub Hub driver and Desalvo is an auto detailer. Moore works in sales, Toth works in a call center and Ferrell is a customer service representative.
Colliver and Botwe are electricians and Alexander is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) technician. Jordan is a laborer, Knoll is a welder and Staten is a warehouse worker.
