Averi Blyss Crawford of Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, United States was 16 years old when she was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2023 on February 4, 2023 at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center in Metairie, Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. She represented St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana, competed against 30 other candidates and won the title.
Runner-up to Crawford was Julia Badinger of Baton Rouge. The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Condoleezza Semien of East Baton Rouge, Madelyn Morgan of Lafayette and Addison Petry of Crescent City.

On March 30, 2024, Crawford will crown her successor at the Jefferson Performing Arts Center in Metairie. It is the 42nd edition of the beauty pageant that selects Louisiana’s Miss Teen USA candidate.

Representing Louisiana, Hennig won Miss Teen USA 2004 at the Palm Springs Convention Center in Palm Springs, California, USA and Haik won Miss Teen USA 2015 at the Grand Ballroom on Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. On November 27, 2021, Petry represented Louisiana at Miss Teen USA 2021, competed against 50 other candidates at the Paradise Cove Theater of the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA and finished in the Top 16.
On September 28, 2023, Crawford represented Louisiana at Miss Teen USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was unplaced.
