Milltown, Indiana’s Clinton Herman arrested; Nancy Herman found dead

Nancy Herman of Milltown, Whiskey Run Township, Crawford County, Indiana, United States has died. She was 43.

In Milltown, Herman worked as a professional notary public and loan signing agent. She was fluent in Spanish and English.

Herman and her husband Clinton James Herman, 44, have one daughter together. He attended Clare Pioneer High School  in Clare, Michigan, USA and Baker Community College in Muskegon, Michigan.

In January 2024, Clinton joined Riverton Truckers in Sellersburg, Silver Creek Township, Clark County, Indiana as a test driver. On March 30, 2024, he allegedly killed Nancy.

After issuing a warrant, the Indiana State Police arrested Clinton. He was charged not only with murder but also child molestation.

Clinton’s alleged crimes were investigated by the Indiana State Police with the help of the Milltown Police Department and the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office and the office of the Harrison County, Indiana sheriff. Details about how Nancy was murdered have yet to be released.
