Jason Robert Manuel, 43, has been arrested in California, United States. On March 5, 2024, he was in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

At around 3:25 a.m. that day, Manuel allegedly rode by the Pocket Change convenience store near Tropicana Avenue and Nellis Boulevard in Las Vegas on a bicycle. He allegedly fired four shots at Summer Lange, 29, Rona Ah-Foon, 29, and a man named Sam, who is in his 20s.

Lange, Ah-Foon and Sam were standing outside the convenience store. Both women later died from their injuries.

Sam was shot in the wrist. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas and is now in stable condition.

After the shooting, Manuel continued to ride away from the scene after the shooting. It was captured by a surveillance camera.

On April 1, 2024, Manuel was taken into custody in Riverside County, California. He was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Blythe, Riverside County.

Manuel is awaiting extradition to Las Vegas where he will face charges of open murder. His relationship to Lange, Ah-Foon and Sam has yet to be confirmed.
