Andrew Gunner Landry, 38, of Prairieville, Ascension Parish, Louisiana, United States is in jail. He is accused of possessing child pornography.

In December 2023, the special victims unit of the Louisiana State Police started investigating Landry. The unit works to protect and rescue victims of exploitation and trafficking. 

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office assisted in the investigation. On April 1, 2024, investigators executed search and arrest warrants at Landry’s residence in Prairieville.

Landry was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail in Donaldsonville, Ascension Parish. He was charged with five counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles.

On March 12, 2024, Prairieville residents Raymond Welch Jr., 72, and Jeremy Crochet, 30, were booked into the Ascension Parish Jail. They were separately arrested after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received tips about their alleged crimes.

Welch was charged with 500 counts of pornography involving juveniles. Crochet was charged with 20 counts of sexual abuse of an animal and 14 counts of pornography involving juveniles.
