Miss Earth 2013
On December 7, 2013, Dhulipala represented India at Miss Earth 2013 at the Versailles Palace in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, Philippines. She competed against 87 other candidates including Alyz Henrich of Venezuela who won the title.
Also crowned were Miss Earth-Air 2013 Katia Wagner of Austria, Miss Earth-Water 2013 Punika Kulsoontornrut of Thailand and Miss Earth-Fire 2013 Catharina Choi of South Korea. Dhulipala was unplaced but she won the Miss Photogenic award.
