Hailing from Amory, Monroe County, Mississippi, McCollum is an American registered nurse, model and beauty queen. She is 5’11” tall.

• On October 28, 2017, she competed at Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2018 at the Gold Strike Casino in Tunica Resorts, Tunica County, Mississippi and finished in the Top 10.

2018

• In May 2018, she graduated from Amory High School.
• On October 27, 2018, she represented Monroe County at Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2019 at Horseshoe Casino Resort in Tunica, Tunica County and won the title.

2019

• On February 12, 2019, she and Miss Mississippi 2018 Asya Branch were special guests at the 2019 Itawamba Community College Most Beautiful Pageant at the W.O. Benjamin Fine Arts Center auditorium of Itawamba Community College.
• On April 28, 2019, she represented Mississippi at Miss Teen USA 2019 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was third runner-up to Kaliegh Garris.

2023

• On April 1, 2023, she represented Monroe County at Miss Mississippi USA 2023 and competed against 27 other candidates at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw, Neshoba County, Mississippi. She was fourth runner-up to Sydney Russell.
• In June 2023, she joined Accent Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Tupelo, Lee County, Mississippi as a nurse and a patient coordinator.
• In July 2023, she visited Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, USA and Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

2024

• On April 6, 2024, she represented Monroe County at Miss Mississippi USA 2024 and competed against 24 other candidates at the Pearl River Resort in Choctaw. She won the title.
• On August 4, 2024, she represented Mississippi at Miss USA 2024 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, California, USA. She finished in the Top 20.
• On August 5, 2024, Grubbs proposed to her and she said yes.
