Dr. Fernando Juarez Gomez Jr., 43, of Oxnard, Ventura County, California, United States is a chiropractor. He has an office in Ventura, Ventura County called Limitless Functional Therapy.
Gomez is accused of sexually assaulting five people while they sought chiropractic care from him. On March 21, 2024, Ventura Police Department officers arrested him at his chiropractic office in Ventura.
The chiropractor was charged with eight felony counts of sexual battery by fraudulent misrepresentation. He is accused of taking advantage of a position of trust or authority to commit the crimes.
On April 4, 2024, Gomez was arraigned. He pleaded not guilty to all counts and was allowed to remain out of custody on $40,000 bond.
On April 11, 2024, Gomez will be back in court for bail review. On May 13, 2024, he will attend an early disposition conference.
Ventura County District Attorney’s Office sexual assault unit member Rikoke Kelly is prosecuting the case. While the case is ongoing, Gomez is prohibited from working as a chiropractor and a personal trainer.
