On April 4, 2024, “Música” was released on Amazon Prime Video. It is a coming-of-age romantic comedy film directed by Rudy Mancuso.
“Música“
Mancuso was born and raised in Glen Ridge, New Jersey, United States. His mother is Brazilian and his father is Italian-American.
On February 28, 2024, Mancuso turned 32. He wrote the screenplay of “Música” with Boston, Massachusetts, USA native Dan Lagana, who turned 55 on March 29, 2024.
The story revolves around Rudy, a man with synesthesia. He is played by Mancuso and his mother Maria is played by the actor’s real mother Maria Mancuso.
Rudy meets a Brazilian-American woman named Isabella, who understands his his synesthetic experience. She is played by Charlottesville, Virginia, USA native Camila Mendes, who turned 29 on June 29, 2023.
On March 14, 2024, the film had its world premiere at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas, USA. Also in the cast are Francesca Reale, J.B. Smoove, Gabriela Amerth, Andy Grotelueschen, Camila Senna and Regina Schneider.
“Psychic File II”
Psychic Fever from Exile Tribe is a boy band formed in 2019. It is part of Exile Tribe, the collective of artists managed by the Japanese management and entertainment company LDH.
Tsurugi Takahashi, 26, is the oldest among the seven members of the boy band. The other members are Ryoga Nakanishi, 25, Osayi Jimmy Kazuki, 23, Ren Watanabe, 23, Kokoro Kohatsu, 22, Ryushin Handa, 21, and Weesa Saiki, 19.
Based in Meguro, Tokyo, Japan, LDH was founded by the six original members of Exile, a 17-member boy band formed in 2001. The name of the company stands for love, dream and happiness.
On May 17, 2023, LDH released Psychic Fever from Exile Tribe’s inaugural EP titled “Psychic File I”. The group’s second EP has seven songs.
