Noelle Marie Lynch, 23, of Granite Bay, Placer County, California, United States is still missing. She is 5’8″ tall and she weighs around 125 pounds.
Lynch is a student at California State University, Sacramento in Sacramento, Sacramento County, California. She lives with her family in Granite Bay.
According to Lynch’s family, she left to Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California without notice and without her medication. Her phone was later found at the Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles.
On April 1, 2024, Lynch drove to Southern California. She left home in a difficult state of mind, her father Mark Lynch told SFGATE.
At around 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2024, Noelle left an apartment building in Inglewood, Los Angeles County. She was wearing a dark T-shirt, green sweatpants with a military logo and white sneakers.
That was the last time Noelle was seen. She may or may not be able to identify herself, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
