On October 28, 2023, the woman filed a report and took a sexual assault exam at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. On November 28, 2023, she informed the University of Washington about his alleged crime.
Rogers matched with another woman on Tinder and met her at a Halloween party at Greek Row at the University of Washington. They went to her apartment where he allegedly sexually assaulted her for 20 minutes.
In November 2023, the Washington Huskies suspended Rogers from team activities. But on December 15, 2023, he was allowed to return to the team.
