On September 29, 2023, Hinderberger represented Arkansas at Miss USA 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She finished in the Top 20.
On April 14, 2024, Hinderberger went to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA and crowned Madeline Bohlman of Fayetteville, Arkansas as the next Miss Arkansas USA. The latter will represent the state at Miss USA 2024.
