Both Julio Camajuare Cisneros, 66, and Kodee Michael Matz, 23, are residents of Herndon, Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. They were recently arrested in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Originally from Germany, Matz studied architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, USA. He worked as a designer at The M Group in Reston, Fairfax County.

During the week of April 8, 2024, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office worked with the Northern Virginia-Washington DC Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force to conduct a sting operation. The aim was to target child sex predators.
Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Secret Service, the Virginia State Police, the Fairfax County Police Department and Herndon Police Department were involved in the operation. The police department of Prince William County, Virginia was also involved.
During the operation, Camajuare, Matz and four other men were caught chatting with who they thought were children under age 15. Unbeknownst to the six men, they were actually communicating with undercover detectives.
After allegedly trying to have sexual relationships with minors at locations in Loudoun County, the six men were arrested. Camajuare and Matz were each charged with using communication systems to facilitate certain offenses involving children.
The other suspects are George Washington, 36, of Mount Vernon, Fairfax, Virginia, Yotin Singtong, 39, of Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, USA and Rodney Stevens Martin, 62, and Miguel Angel Ibarra Parada, 36, of Sterling, Loudoun County. Washington is formerly known as Donnie Gray Lee.
