Quentin Robinson, 41, of Atlantic Beach, Horry County, South Carolina, United States has been the Atlantic Beach Police Department chief since 2017. Including him, the town has four police officers.

On April 23, 2024, the Horry County Police Department conducted an undercover operation with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, the Horry County Sheriff’s Office and the Myrtle Beach Police Department. They arrested 10 people including Robinson.
The other suspects are Bradley Divis, 56, Gus Politus, 55, Brandon French, 52, Jaime Cordero Carrillo, 47, Jeremy Peck, 46, Nicholas Nunez, 46, Khalid Chavis, 42, Derrick Wilson, 33, and Gustavo Villafranca Gomez, 32. They are accused of communicating online with someone, who was actually an undercover officer, and agreeing to meet at a hotel in Myrtle Beach to exchange money for sex.
All of the 10 suspects were arrested upon arriving at the hotel and exchanging money and booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Conway, Horry County. Robinson, in particular, paid $120.
Robinson, Wilson, French, Peck and Divis were each charged with first-offense prostitution. Politus, Chavis, Nunez, Gomez and Carillo were each charged with lewdness, assignation and prostitution.
On April 24, 2024, Robinson bonded out for $500. He is on administrative leave with pay while the case is being investigated.
