Davion L. Clark, 29, and Michael Johnson Jr., 14, were among the individuals arrested during a fugitive arrest operation in Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, United States on April 23, 2024. It was conducted by the U.S. Marshal Service‘s Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) with the assistance of the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, the Peoria Police Department and homicide unit of the police department of Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio, USA.
Johnson is 5’6″ tall and he weighs around 142 pounds. On March 14, 2024, he allegedly fatally shot Javonta Morgan, 17 and Corey Prater, 14, on Miami Chapel Road near Louise Troy Elementary School in Dayton.
After being arrested in Peoria, Johnson was booked into the Peoria County Juvenile Facility in Peoria. He was charged with two counts of felonious assault and two counts of murder.
Both Johnson and Clark will be extradited to Ohio for court appearances. The latter was booked into the Peoria County Jail in Peoria.
Clark was wanted by the U.S. Marshals on a federal supervised release violation. He is an alumnus of Northridge High School in Dayton.
On July 22, 2016, Clark registered to vote in Montgomery County. He is not affiliated to any political party.
