US Marshals arrest Jackson, Tennessee’s Tamarcus Morrow in Mississippi

Rev. Jimmy Dale Breedlove of Madison County, Tennessee, United States has died. He was 79.

Rev. Jimmy Breedlove

On April 24, 2024, Tamarcus Morrow, 33, of Jackson, Madison County drove a Hyundai Elantra that struck a Mahindra open cab farm tractor from behind on North Parkway in Jackson. Breedlove was operating the tractor.

Morrow allegedly fled the scene before Jackson Police Department officers arrived there at around 3:40 p.m. They found Breedlove lying unresponsive in the roadway and the Hyundai Elantra abandoned in the immediate area.

Breedlove was airlifted to a hospital in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. On April 26, 2024, he died from his injuries.

Born in Moscow, Fayette County, Tennessee, Breedlove is Clyde Breedlove and Cora Lee Watkins Breedlove‘s son. Jimmy graduated from Union University in Jackson.

Jimmy is Joann Breedlove‘s husband and Sherry Fesmire, Penny Davis and Jennifer Young‘s father. He is Bobby Breedlove, Clyde M. Breedlove, Charles B. Breedlove, Mike Breedlove and Debbie Breedlove‘s brother.

Tamarcus Morrow

On April 30, 2024, members of the U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF) found Morrow on Highway 72 in Benton County, Mississippi, USA. He was arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail in Ashland, Benton County.

From there, Morrow will be extradited to Tennessee. He will be charged with accidents involving death or personal injury.

This is not Morrow’s first arrest. On April 9, 2024, he was arrested for simple possession-casual exchange, schedule II drug violations, driving under the influence and violation of implied consent law.
