Grupo Frontera is from Edinburg, Texas. Formed in 2022, the band has six members namely Adelaido “Payo” Solís III, Alberto “Beto” Acosta, Brian Ortega, Carlos Guerrero, Juan Javier Cantú and Julian Peña Jr.
Edgar Barrera and Luis Miguel Gomez Castaño, who is professionally known as Casta, produced “Jugando a Que No Pasa Nada”. It features guest appearances by Christian Nodal, Juan Luis Londoño Arias, who professionally known as Maluma, the Latin pop rock band Morat and Nicole Denise Cucco, who is professionally known as Nicki Nicole.
The album compromises of regional Mexican and Tejano music with incorporations of country, electronic, pop and rhythm and blues (R&B). It has 12 songs.
