Bryan Matos of Puerto Rico won Mister Model International 2021 at the Grand Bávaro Princess Hotel in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on October 9, 2021. A total of 29 men competed for the title.
On May 11, 2024, Matos crowned his successor Eduardo “Dudu” Horvath of Brazil at the Cartagena Intercontinental Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia. The latter bested 22 other candidates.
Willian Rech of Brazil won the inaugural edition of Mister Model International in 2013. The title was won by Victor Zanatta of Fernando de Noronha in 2014, Melvin Roman of Puerto Rico in 2015, Narapat Sakunsong of Thailand in 2016, José-Manuel Alcalde of Chile in 2018 and Sergio Ayala of Spain in 2019.
