Keante Yaundell Harris, 45, of Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, United States is 5’10” tall. He weighs 225 pounds.

Aside from Birmingham, Harris has lived in other parts of Alabama including Montgomery. He is an assistant principal at McAdory Middle School in McCalla, Alabama.

From 2006 to 2016, Montgomery Public Schools employed Harris as a special education teacher. On January 25, 2024, he turned 45.

Keante Harris arrested

On January 13, 2023, Montgomery residents Rodney Cottrell, 43, Quinones King, 33, and Cheryl Colquitt-Thompson, 32, were found dead inside a silver 2010 Dodge Charger that was abandoned along Interstate 85 at an exit ramp in Union City, Fulton County, Georgia, USA. They died from asphyxiation.

According to investigators, Cottrell, King and Colquitt-Thompson were lured to a residence on Magnolia Drive in Jonesboro, Clayton County, Georgia where they were held at gunpoint. The investigators believe that the three victims were tortured and murdered at the residence before they were put into the vehicle and take to Fulton County.

On May 8, 2024, warrants were issued to the arrests of Harris, Kevin Harris, Darrell Antonie Adams and Kenneth Devon Thompson in relation to the murders of Cottrell, King and Colquitt-Thompson. The three suspects were each charged with three counts of malice murder.

That day, Kevin and Keante were arrested. The latter was booked into the Jefferson County Jail in Birmingham and additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Thompson was arrested on May 9,2024. Adams was arrested on May 10, 2024.
