Jesse Villarreal III, 24, of Waco, McLennan County, Texas, United States is accused of sexually assaulting a girl, 9, while she was asleep. After she made an outcry against him, a detective with the Waco Police Department received a report.

A forensic examination was performed on the girl. When she was interviewed, she provided details about what Villareal did to her.
According to the girl, she woke up to Villarreal sexually assaulting her. Afterwards, she woke up and asked to go home, she said.
On May 13, 2024, Villareal was arrested. He denied sexually abusing the girl but he had no reasonable explanation why she made the allegations.
Villareal was booked into the McLennan County Jail in Waco. He was charged with indecency with a child by contact, which is a second-degree felony.
The Waco Police Department did not reveal the relationship between Villareal and the accuser. Where and when the alleged crime took place are still unknown.
