On June 4, 2023, Lakyn Campbell was crowned Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2023 at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in Buckhannon, Upshur County, West Virginia. The respective first and second runners-up were Baylee Jarrett of Nicholas County and Kourtney Jones of West Virginia Three Rivers Festival.

The Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2024 coronation ceremony will be held at the Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts of West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon on June 1, 2024. It is the 42nd edition of the state-level beauty pageant that selects West Virginia’s Miss Teen USA candidate.
